Anyone raising or spending money to support or oppose a ballot measure or to support or oppose a candidate for local office is required to file candidate statements with the City Clerk within prescribed deadlines and on prescribed forms as established under the Fair Political Reform Act administered by the Fair Political Practices Commission (“FPPC”).

General information on the deadlines, the forms, and copies of candidate statements that are filed with the City Clerk will be posted to this website when available. Prior to raising or spending money on a ballot measure or candidate campaign, please contact the City Clerk to learn more about these requirements.
