We're thrilled to share a detailed overview of our upcoming project: building a new police station. This initiative aims to boost community safety and offer a modern, efficient facility for our committed police force.
Project Details: The New Manteca Police Department Project began in November of 2023.. Three separate engineering firms evaluated the current facility, focusing on structural, mechanical, and electrical aspects. The New Police Station encompasses an operational area of 45,570 square feet, including 252 parking spaces for staff and the public. The overall layout requires a minimum of 2 acres. In total, the new facilities will be approximately 86,394 square feet. (description of new facility i.e. square footage, different buildings within, aspects of the approach.)
