FREE RIDES ARE OFFERED TO MANTECA UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT STUDENTS FOR THE SCHOOL YEAR!

Middle (6th-8th grade) and high school students can start riding on any fixed route for free starting August 3, 2023! Students can board by showing their student ID to the driver. Fixed routes are available for students to ride six days a week, at any time during service hours including non-school hours and weekends.

In observance of Labor Day, Manteca Transit will not operate on Monday, September 4^th. Regular services will resume Tuesday, September 5^th.

These promotions are funded through a grant from the California Department of Transportation under the Low Carbon Transit Operations Program, which was created to provide pay for transit agencies to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and improve mobility, which a priority on serving disadvantaged communities.
